-Will I own a share of the horse and be entitled to any of their prize money?

No, the Martin Smith Racing Club has been set up so people can receive the social benefits of racehorse ownership without a direct financial involvement. 

People who want to receive a share of a horse's earnings they can become an owner in a Private Partnership, more details of these partnerships are available for anyone interested.

-When can I visit my horse?

​

Every Saturday morning is Club morning where members can visit the stables and watch the horses train out on the heath with Martin Smith. Visitor numbers are restricted to 20 per morning for health and safety reasons. We will look to expand this number as the club grows. Members wishing to visit the yard can email info@martinsmithracing.com to make a booking.

-Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, if you wish to do so you can cancel your subscription any time after the first 3 months. Subscriptions can also be transferred from one horse to another.

-Is there an age limit?

No, although we do ask that people under the age of 16 are accompanied by an adult if attending the stables on a Club Morning, please be aware that children under the age of 12 are not permitted into the parade ring at the races.

Martin Smith Racing will collect your personal details when you sign up to the racing club. We will use these to contact you regarding your club subscription and to provide you with information. We will not share your information with any third parties. Should you at any point not wish us to store your information please let us know.
